Insurance Policy
We accept most insurance plans. Please be
sure to bring your benefit card with you to your appointment. Coverages for
periodontal services varies widely between insurance companies. Additionally
insurance companies do not guaranty payment for any service until it has been
reviewed.

Sterilization
Our office employs state of the art heat
sterilization protocols.All instrument packs are wrapped and sealed before
sterilization. The seals are not broken until they are used. You can have the
confidence of knowing that you are being treated in the safet manner possible.

Emergencies
When an emergency arises..... We
recognize that
emergencies do arise and we will respond to our patients of record promptly!!
If an emergency arises when the office is closed, follow these instructions.
1. Call the office at 504-887-8205.
2. Follow the emergency dialing instructions given on the recording.
3. We will contact you as soon as possible.
If an emergency arises during regular business hours, please call the office as early in
the day as possible. We reserve special appointment times during the day for these special
situations!

Policies
We accept all patients for consultation. After a thorough
examination, a plan of treatment will be detailed for you if necessary. We
do not accept all cases for treatment. After all of the steps of
treatment have been discussed with you, you may elect to proceed with your
treatment. If you elect to proceed, an estimate of the cost for the planed
treatment will be presented to you and appointments can be scheduled.
